SportsOrder ("the App") is a lineup and roster planning tool for coaches. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and your rights.
SportsOrder stores all data — team names, player names, jersey numbers, game plans, batting orders, and fielding assignments — locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to share a game plan image using the built-in share feature.
We do not collect, transmit, store, or process any of the following:
Personal information (email, phone number, address, date of birth), location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, health or fitness data, financial or payment information, photos, contacts, or any data from other apps on your device.
SportsOrder does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
The App uses RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com) solely to manage in-app purchases and verify purchase receipts through Apple's StoreKit framework. RevenueCat processes only the anonymous transaction data required by Apple to validate your purchase. No personal information, roster data, or game plan data is shared with RevenueCat or any other third party. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. The App does not integrate with any advertising or tracking services.
All data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover your data.
When you tap "Share as Image," the App generates a PNG image of your game plan and opens your device's native share sheet. You control where that image is sent (iMessage, email, etc.). We do not intercept, log, or store shared images.
SportsOrder does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App stores only roster data (player names and jersey numbers) locally on the coach's device and does not transmit this data anywhere.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
